The basics of shopping with us.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Nigerian Naira and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate. If an item is mispriced or becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Payment

Orders are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp. We agree the payment method with you — including bank transfer and, where it is offered, payment on delivery — before the order is dispatched.

Rewards programme

Yo! Tokens are earned on paid orders and have no cash value. They may be adjusted or removed if the related order is cancelled or refunded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Yuloo is registered in Nigeria.
