What is covered

Every product sold by Yuloo is genuine and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for the period stated on the product page (commonly 12 months).

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.

What is not covered

Physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, unauthorised repairs or modifications, and normal wear such as battery ageing.

How to claim

Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we will arrange collection of the item, all its accessories and your receipt.

We handle the claim with the manufacturer and keep you updated at every stage.
